1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the KodeSaGa platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Engagement. If you do not agree, you must terminate your deployment immediately.

2. Intellectual Property

All story-driven content, framework logic, narratives, and "The High Five" methodology are the exclusive property of KodeSaGa LLP. Unauthorized replication, external distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

3. License of Use

We grant users a limited, non-exclusive license to participate in the training modules for professional development. This license is revoked upon termination of service or violation of security protocols.

4. Limitation of Liability

KodeSaGa provides immersive training experiences "as is". While we aim for measurable mastery, we are not liable for business outcomes resulting from user performance or interpretation of the material.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KodeSaGa LLP is registered.
